they are in-line with regulatory regulations
Statutory due diligence of our clients proposed to come up with initial public
offer.
Assist in drafting of draft red herring prospectus with respect to ipo

Thorough knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, Knowledge of SEBI(ICDR) ,
SEBI (LODR) regulations
