Java Developer- BFSI Industry

Strong technical background with a minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience
in programming.
 Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable,
distributed, and secure systems.
 Expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, JPA, Kafka, Multi-
Threading, Docker, Kubernetes, Socket Programming.
 Experience in RDBMS with expertise in database design, writing
efficient queries & optimizing the resources.
 Knowledge in React & NodeJS is a plus.
 Solid understanding of software development methodologies, coding
standards, and best practices.
 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to
approach complex technical challenges strategically.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate
technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and
professional growth.
