Job Role & Responsibility :

7+ years of experience in a similar role, with proven Inside sales track record.
• Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting, Using Inbound Lead Generation tools such as Blogs, PR and Email Marketing to hunt for new business.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of computer science, Information Technology.
• Ability to comprehend our software product & Services line and to communicate value proposition to prospects
• Ability to strike a conversation with any senior executive on variety of topics and ability talk in the relevant accent, dialect or language as and when required.
• Incented to close smaller deals independently.
• Understanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to close smaller deals.
• Adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team
• Knowledge of using CRM (SF, Zoho, Fresh sales, PipeDrive), Proficient in using LN Sales Navigator to connect with C-Level execs.
• All in all, someone who loves talking, engaging and selling round the clock!
•Ability to work in 4 Hours Overlap with US CST time zone with strong wfh ethics during COVID , will work from our Pune office once Situation normalises.

Skills :

Identify prospect clients and build a sales pipeline for the Sales Managers via outbound Campaigns, email communications, calling and other direct marketing methods(LN, Social Media).
• Qualify, allocate sales leads and initiate face-to-face appointments with Sales team.
• Sync up with Sales Manager post meeting to determine meeting output and follow up appropriately to close the loop
• Log and record each-and-every outreach made, in CRM, producing regular activity reports
• Act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales.
•Creation of qualitative and quantitative business cases to outline the value of portfolio in the scope of client engagements.
handling experience of new age technologies of Cloud, Analytics, Big Data, AI, ML,  iot, SaaS, Product Development.
