Front End Developer – React & JavaScript (ES6)

An ideal candidate will have experience in many of the following:
● Strong experience with vanilla JavaScript (ES6)
with a good understanding of the fundamentals with some framework
familiarity in either React, Vue, Svelte, Astro, Angular, etc.
● Strong and up-to-date experience with HTML and CSS.
● Good understanding of optimising NFRs (SEO, A11Y and Performance).
● Comfort with working with APIs (REST or GraphQL).
● Good understanding of automation tooling like Cypress, Jest, etc.
● Comfort working outside of their core skill set.
The following exposure is welcomed but not required:
● Experience with Tailwind or similar is welcomed but not required.
● Server-side Rendering (SSR) exposure.
● Awareness of HTTP fundamentals (Caching, Compression, Methods, Access Control, etc)
● Experience designing and building REST based APIs.
