Work with ERP team members to establish best-practice processes within company
systems
Provide support in the evaluation, implementation and utilization of ERP third party
add-on programs
Maintain knowledge of all current ERP & CRM features and releases
Coordinate with Vendors to define the best solution architecture and implementation
/ data migration approach
Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
Expert level experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012+ and tools used to monitor
and troubleshoot database issues.
Microsoft Windows Server 2016+
Experience with MS Azure administration
. net Development and JavaScript helpful but not required
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Ability to work well independently as well as in collaborative group
Ability to work effectively with changing priorities in a dynamic environment
Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A strong work ethic and be personally accountable.
Hands on experience designing and building automated monitoring tools to identify
possible issues so that they can be addressed before they become a problem
Ability to build reports using SQL is plus
BS or Master’s degree preferred in MIS or Computer Science along with a minimum of
2-5 years in database administration in a mid to large company
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
