Sr. Workday Financial Systems Analyst

 Must have experience in Accounting or Finance, Tax or Information Technology and
a strong
understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
 5+ years of Workday Financials experience with in-depth knowledge of the
configuration and
functionality of most of Workday Financials Functional Areas
 Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
 A highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can work
independently but
who can also function collaboratively as a helpful and congenial team member.
 Effective organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
communication
skills with technical and non-technical constituents.
 Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently, meet
deadlines and
escalate appropriately to management.
 Possess emotional maturity, empathy and kindness.
 Sound knowledge of project management processes and concepts.
 Ability to quickly adapt to changes and manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and
change
effectively.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
