Technical Support: Provide support to the e-commerce team by resolving
technical issues in a timely manner. Assist in the training of new staff on system
functionalities.
Performance Optimization: Monitor website performance and work on
optimization strategies to ensure fast loading times and a smooth shopping
experience for customers.
Data Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect the website
and customer data from cyber threats.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports on website performance, including
traffic, sales, and customer engagement metrics. Use insights to suggest
improvements.
Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with third-party service providers and vendors to
ensure that all technical requirements are met.
Project Management: Lead and manage technical projects related to the
enhancement of the e-commerce platform.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in e-commerce administration, web development, or a
similar role.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or
WooCommerce.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with PHP or other
programming languages.
Experience with SEO best practices and e-commerce analytics tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
