Supporting the sales team in achieving their goals by managing and
coordinating all aspects of the sales process.
Preparing Quotations, Sales reports, and maintaining the CRM database (IT
Hardware and Software Solutions)
Coordinating with the sales team by managing the schedule and
communicating relevant information.
Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support
whenever required.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate
in Informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Maintaining Sales reports and dashboards to track performance and identify
areas for improvement.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages whenever Sales Representatives
are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays,
arranging delivery dates, and scheduling Marketing events.
Handling orders by phone, email and checking the orders to ensure the correct
prices, discounts, and product numbers.
Collaborating with other Departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and
deliveries are handled smoothly.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven work experience of 1-3 years as an IT Sales Coordinator or any similar
corporate role
Familiarity with MS Office Tools, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must.
Proficiency in CRM Software will be an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
