Sr. Tableau Developer – Remote

5+ Years Tableau development with a strong portfolio of dashboard projects.

* Lead and Manage Team: Oversee a team of Tableau developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables.

* Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to meet business requirements.

* Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity in reporting.

* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and translate them into effective visual solutions.

* Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize the performance of existing Tableau dashboards and reports.

* Best Practices Implementation: Establish and enforce best practices for Tableau development, including coding standards and documentation.

* Training and Development: Provide training sessions for team members on Tableau functionalities and report design best practices.

* Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to quality standards.

* Proven experience in managing teams (preferably 20+ members) in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong background in data warehousing concepts and SQL.
