System Support Engineer- IT Infrastructure / Technical Support

3–5 years of experience in systems support or infrastructure administration.
Proficiency in the following technologies:
Microsoft Azure (VMs, storage, RBAC, virtual networks)
VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
Veeam Backup & Replication
Microsoft Exchange (2016/2019 or Exchange Online)
Microsoft Intune (device compliance, configuration profiles, app
deployment)
Email security/anti-spam solutions (e.g., Defender for O365, Mimecast)
Antivirus/endpoint protection (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Sophos)
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,
Group Policy.
Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and system
management.
Solid understanding of IT security principles and endpoint protection.
