Lead and manage a team of structural engineers, ensuring successful project delivery.

Oversee the design and analysis of structural systems for various building and infrastructure projects.

Utilize software like RISA, TEKLA, STAAD, ETABS, and REVIT to develop accurate and efficient structural models.

Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, fostering innovation and high-quality engineering practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and project managers, to deliver integrated design solutions.

Coordinate and manage structural design projects in the Middle East, Europe, APAC, and USA, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and reports prepared by the team.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, software, and regulations, ensuring continuous improvement within the team
8+ years of relevant structural engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proficiency in structural analysis and design software, including RISA, TEKLA, STAAD, ETABS, and REVIT.

Experience working on projects in the Middle East, Europe, APAC, and USA, with a strong understanding of regional codes and standards.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.

Well versed in Federal, State and Local regulatory and permitting requirements

Ability to work closely and meet all deadlines

Advanced ability to recommend and implement technical solutions
