Systems Analyst

Proficiency in requirements gathering, translating
customer needs and business drivers into Epics, Features
and User Stories
 Strong communication skills adaptable to both technical
and business contexts
 Motivated individual comfortable in remote team settings,
with a proactive learning attitude
 Ability to self-resolve work-related challenges with
minimal direction
 UI/UX Design using wireframes
 Technical Process designs utilising modelling techniques
Knowledge  Deep understanding of agile principles with prior
experience as an IT Systems Analyst or IT Business
Analyst in Agile environments
 Experience working in environments with multiple
integrated applications across multiple teams

 Experience with UI design tools such as Figma, Balsamiq
or Draw.io
 Understanding of data storage, display, validation, and
transmission
 Familiarity with agile workflow tools such as DevOps or
JIRA
