Create out of the box strategies for college recruitments and lateral hires from leading tech startups.
Design strategy to recruit hires for with skills in big data, UI/UX, Data Visualization, Analytics and machine learning.
Network and headhunt to fill niche positions and maintaining candidate pool.
Review resumes and evaluate applicants through a well-structured interview process that will reveal job skills, work history, education, training and compensation needs.
Leverage social media networks to find the right candidates.
Draft and place vacancies on different media – online, print.
Review applications, schedule and managing interviews and tests Interview candidates on the phone, through Skype, and in person to validate their appearance, credentials, and suitability for the position.
Good technical knowledge of the desired domains and good idea about coding
Experience with social media strategy/marketing for recruitment.
Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English).
Must have strong multi-tasking skills to effectively manage simultaneous candidate pipelines for different requirements and business areas.
Should have an excellent track record of hiring rockstar developers, architects and specialists from India and abroad.
