Sr. QA Lead – Manual and Automation testing

● Proven experience in leading a QA team in a product-based environment.
● Expertise in manual and automation testing.
● Strong experience in Smoke, Integration, Functional, and Regression
Testing.
● Hands-on experience with Selenium and other automation tools.
● Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web/mobile technologies.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
● Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
● Ability to set goals, track progress, and ensure the team meets project
deadlines.
