• Designing & Developing PLC & HMI Software for new Control Systems
• Control System Commissioning
• Conduct FAT & SAT for field system & field instrument devices
• Debugging hardware & Software on site
• Working Collaboratively with electrical engineers and process engineers
• Ready to travel to Customer Places (If required)
• Should be able to work independently to handle tag database, Configure complex
control loops
• Handle AMC visits independently/with minimum support
• Prepare documentation and templates (Basic and Detailed Engineering Documents)

Logic flow chart, Control philosophy
• Prepare implementation plan
• Prepare Activity break down and Schedule
• Assign activities to individual team members for execution
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly meetings for Periodic Review

Required Skills

• Knowledge of IoT & Industry 4.0.
• Hands on experience on Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi PLC system. Should know the

PLC architecture very well.
• Awareness of all the hardware related to PLCs and related hardware configuration
• Should be able to do programming of PLC, HMI and SCADA systems
• Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as
o Ladder Logic
