BIM Coordinator- Office Job

Skill
High level of proficiency with REVIT and BIM software's.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Self-driven and motivated, Passionate, detail oriented with strong work ethic, someone who meets deadlines consistently, and can handle an extensive volume of projects.

Roles and
Responsibility

Should have good design knowledge of Residential, Mix use and Commercial projects.
Work with management and in-house team in developing a vision and deliverables for all projects.
Control project deliverable from start to finish of the project to ensure high-quality outputs for the various design stages of the project.

Coordination with Client and ASMEPF consultant for the information required to prepare BIM models, design discrepancies report and drawings.
Lead the project meetings.
Coordination with project coordinators and team to achieve the required project deliverables in line with client’s requirement.
Manage project workflow and task sheets.
Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
Ensures that project drawings are made as per the required standard and delivered timely as planned.
Ensuring the project remains on time and within specifications.
Keep track of the major decisions (MOM’s) during the Project subsistence.
Manage the implementation of supporting BIM software. (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 etc..)
Needs to be an expert in BIM, Revit Architectural, Structural, MEPF Modelling, and Detailing.
