MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE (MAINTENANCE TEAM)

ITI in Mechanical with Min 6-10 yrs experience in O&M, conversant
with process,
operation and maintenance of STP/WTP/ETP.
 Must have worked in UF/RO based WTP, MBBR, MVR, MVRE kind of
system in
STP, ZLD plant machinery and accessories.
 Sound Experience in maintenance of Plant mechanical system like
static (tanks,
filters and its cartridges, pipes, valves, fittings, RO/UF membranes and
its
replacement/cleaning cycle, rotating machines (compressors, pumps,
motors, fans,
blowers, centrifuges, Filter Press), VFDs, welding, grinding, fitments,
alignments,
plant hazards like chemicals, measurement of vibrations, overhauling of
various
items like valves, pumps, compressors, Filter Press, Centrifuges,
 Experience in maintenance of Plant capacity to be more than 10 MLD.
