5+ years of experience sourcingfor various Procurement categories

Understanding of financ ial analysis and the impac ts / savings to be achieved in the procurement categories

Four-year college degree or equivalent experience

Strong contract negotiation skillset and exper ience

Strong business acumen and ability to connect market intelligence to actionable procurement tac tics

Self-starter, with capability of working autonomously across multiple procurement  projects is essential

Proactive, conscientious,and high level of attention to detail

Proficient computer skills,including Outlook, Excel,PowerPoint Teams,Zoom,etc.

Proficient with sourcingsystems (ideally Ariba) and reporting platforms

Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate, partner with and influence all levels of management within the organization

Ability to manage conflict and deal with confrontation
