Technical Skills:
Knowledge of mechanical seal designs, applications, and API 682
standards.
Experience with seal support systems, including flush plans and
auxiliary systems.
Ability to read technical drawings, P&ID, and engineering
specifications.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting seal failures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and on-site services.
