3+ years of experience in eCommerce customer support, with at least 1 year in a
supervisory or management role.

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
· Arabic Language is a must
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High school degree; further education in Customer Service or relevant field is a plus.
