Business Analyst –AI Tools

Collaborate with business, technical, and product teams to understand and interpret JNA frameworks, their components, and logic flow.

Support solutioning by aligning business objectives with AI-powered tools (e.g., NLP, decision engines, automation frameworks).

Gather and document detailed business requirements, use cases, and data flow diagrams for product enhancements and process automation.

Assist in evaluating AI solutions and platforms for feasibility, impact, and integration alignment with JNA models.

Work closely with data scientists and engineers to monitor and validate AI/ML model outputs against JNA logic.

Working knowledge of AI/ML tools or platforms (e.g., basic prompt engineering, LLM-based tools, decision trees, RPA).

Experience with data analysis, requirement elicitation, wireframing, and translating logic into documentation.
