Data Engineer, Process Data Infrastructure

 Data Infrastructure Management: Manage and administer our
OSIsoft PI System, including PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework
(AF), and PI Vision. Ensure system health, performance, and data
integrity.
● Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain robust and
scalable data pipelines to collect, process, and contextualize data from
various plant sources (e.g., SCADA, LIMS, MES) into the PI System.
● Data Structuring & Contextualization: Develop and maintain
comprehensive PI Asset Framework (AF) hierarchies to structure raw

data, providing essential context for analytical tools and users.
● Dashboard & Display Development: Design, build, and maintain
operational dashboards and displays in PI Vision for different process
areas. You will take ownership of the plant’s central video wall,
managing its content and ensuring the reliable display of key KPIs for
the operations team.
● System Integration: Ensure seamless data flow from the PI System to
analytics platforms like Seeq and TwinThread, as well as other
business intelligence tools.
● Data Governance & Quality: Implement data quality checks and
governance procedures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and
reliability of all process data. Troubleshoot data-related issues as they
arise.
