• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on
Dynamics 365 CRM (especially Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing
modules).
• Proven experience in testing mobility/mobile applications integrated
with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Expertise in designing test cases, test automation, defect management,
and test cycle management.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g.,
Selenium, Appium, or other relevant mobility test automation tools).
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM workflows, business rules,
security roles, and process automation.
• Experience with API testing (REST, SOAP) and integration testing
related to CRM and mobile platforms.
• Good understanding of SQL for data validation and test reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
