1. Coordinate the design process for construction projects, acting as a
liaison between design teams, clients, and project stakeholders to
ensure clear communication and alignment of design objectives.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of design documentation,
including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
3. lead and conduct all design review meetings with design consultants
/ architects to ensure all GFC’s shall be released as per the design
delivery schedule for the timely completion of the project and
coordinate with all stakeholders for the resolution of issues.
4. Support project managers in the coordination of design-related
activities with construction crews, subcontractors, and other project
stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD
6. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to
effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders.
7. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects
of work.
8. Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry
standards.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment.
