Job Role &
Responsibility

 Define and agree on the delivery of As-Is process architecture and
subsequent updates
with new processes.
 Support facilitating discussions to agree on assumptions for the To-Be state.
 Support the development of a well-structured process architecture with
clearly defined
processes and sub-processes.
 Support defining guidelines and standards for process modeling and
optimization.
 Identify areas for improvement and optimization and propose corrective
actions.
 Participate in stakeholders’ meetings and one-to-one discussions with senior
peers
contacts to assure we are meeting their current and future needs in terms of

processes.
 Identify and evaluate business needs that will be reflected in process
improvements.
