Sr. Hardware Design Engineer (Analog and Mixed Signal, optionally Power)

Years of Experience 6-10 Years

Skills  Strong in implementation of power supplies, power amplifiers and other

relevant power circuitry.
 Good in Architecting Fail-safe & Fault-tolerant solutions with due
considerations to DFR, DFT, DFM, Thermal management etc.
 Comprehensive understanding of various applicable standards

(EMI/EMC, Environmental, Power Supply, Lightning, ESD etc.) and
competent to guide implementation accordingly.
 Manage independently design reviews (PDR, CDR etc.) and technical
communications with customers, certification & inspection agencies.
 Preparation of detailed WBS with functional Project Management
abilities.
 Top level SW development guidance.
 Support for preparing proposals.
 Conduct trainings to improve HW development skills and OTD.
 Familiarity with AS9100 process.
