• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow development
• Strong scripting – JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideAjax
• REST/SOAP integrations, Transform Maps, Import Sets
• CMDB, ITSM, asset management knowledge
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently
Nice to Have:
• ServiceNow CAD or CSA certification Good to have
• ServiceNow Store application experience
• Customer-facing/consulting experience
