Perform Acceptance tests on Production.
Proficient in understanding the schematics and Debugging hardware related
issues
Knowledge of Schematic analysis.
Understanding Screening and ESS (Environmental Stress and Screening)
Process.
Conducting Screening and ESS Tests.
Responsible for Documentation and Verification of Test results.
Conduct PCB level test as per internal approved document.
Conduct Unit Level test as per customer approved document.
The Ability to use lab test equipment’s like AC/DC Power Supply, CRO,
Digital Multimeters, DC
Source, Electronic Load, Clamp Meter, LCR Meter, Insulation and Megger
Tester.
Perform Visual inspection of Assembled Boards.
Checking Polarity of the Components Assembled in the PCB, i.e., IC’s,
