HR Head- Real Estate Industry

Years of Experience 5–6 Years (Real Estate background mandatory)

 Lead end-to-end HR operations for corporate office and project sites
 Handle recruitment for Sales, Engineering, CRM, Accounts, and Site Staff
 Manage manpower planning and workforce deployment
 Oversee payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor
laws)
 Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and performance management
systems
 Manage employee relations and grievance handling
 Coordinate training, onboarding, and induction programs
 Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
 Provide HR MIS and strategic HR support to management
