Providing complete secretarial and administrative support to the
Director
Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel
schedules
Drafting, reviewing, and handling official correspondence, emails, and
documents
Coordinating with internal departments, clients, consultants, and
external stakeholders
Preparing reports, MOMs, presentations, and maintaining records/files
Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Assisting in follow-ups, reminders, and daily task coordination
Supporting day-to-day office administration as required
Skills Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good organizational and coordination skills
