Strong knowledge of computer hardware architecture.
Working knowledge of enterprise servers and storage systems
(RAID, NAS, and SAN).
Ability to diagnose hardware faults and perform component-
level repairs.
Understanding of operating systems installation and basic
network configuration.
Familiarity with server hardware from major OEMs (Dell,
HP, Lenovo, etc.).
Experience with hardware diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT,
Electronics, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in hardware repair and service centre
operations.
Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Server+, or
equivalent) preferred.

Full-time role based at the service centre.
