Sr Systems Engineers (DevOps Tooling & Cloud Migration)

Atlassian Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Jira and Confluence
Data Center. You must understand the backend architecture and have a
proven track record of at least one large-scale DC-to-Cloud migration.
• Linux Systems Administration: Hands-on experience building,
upgrading,
and maintaining tools (Nexus, SonarQube, TFS) specifically hosted
on Linux distributions.
• Cloning & Upgrades: Proven ability to create mirror/clone
environments
for TFS, Nexus, and SonarQube to facilitate safe upgrades and testing.•
Programming & APIs: Proficient in Python (or similar) to interact with
REST
APIs for complex automation, tool-to-tool synchronization, and migration
scripts.
• DevSecOps Tooling: Deep experience with GitHub, Sonatype
Nexus (cleanup policies/repo management), and SonarQube (quality
gates/profiles).
• Identity Management: Familiarity with SSO/SAML integrations (e.g.,
Okta,
Azure AD) within a cloud tooling context.

• Architectural Thinking: You don’t just use the tools; you understand
how
they work "under the hood" (databases, file systems, and network layers).
• Clear Documentation: Ability to write technical runbooks for
migrations and
environment builds that others can follow.
