Senior OT Practice Lead Consultant

We are seeking a Senior OT Practice Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Operational Technology (OT) and IoT security to lead the OT practice from a technology and services delivery perspective. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and governing OT security solutions in alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical, or Telecom Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in OT networks and cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge of OT, IoT, and industrial network security architectures
• Hands-on experience with industrial systems such as SCADA, SAS, PLC, IED, and RTU
• Practical expertise in OT security controls including industrial firewalls, data diodes, IDS, industrial endpoint security, CASM, PAM/SRA, and industrial switching
• Proven experience in conducting OT risk and gap assessments
• Relevant certifications such as IEC 62443, GRID, or GICSP are preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
