Key Skills &
Requirements

 Lead cross‑functional and technical delivery of the end‑to‑end
S/4HANA data migration program
(strategy, scope, plan, estimates, RAID, quality gates, sign‑offs).
 Facilitate business/functional workshops to finalize object scope
(BP/Customer/Vendor, Material,
BOM/Routing, Pricing/Conditions, FI/CO/AA, inventory, open
items, supply chain & manufacturing
objects), ownership, and acceptance criteria.
 Translate process designs into functional data rules (mappings,
defaulting/derivations, validations)
per module; maintain object‑wise run books and approvals with
process owners.
 Direct the technical build and loads—extraction, cleansing,
transformation, validation, and
load—using SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS/Syniti, LSMW/LTMC,
IDoc/BAPI, and SQL; personally

deliver critical objects as an individual contributor.
 Coordinate with MDG teams when present to align to data
models/standards and governance
checkpoints, without taking on MDG operations.
