6-10 years of experience in Sailpoint, One Identity Manager- Developer & Operational
Provide Level 3 support for One Identity Manager, resolving complex and high-impact incidents and problems.
Perform deep root cause analysis for recurring and critical IAM issues.
Handle escalations from L2 support teams.
Investigate logs, database objects, processes, scripts, and job server behavior to resolve advanced issues.
Implement permanent fixes and preventive measures.
Coordinate with vendors for product-level issues when necessary.
Development & Customization
Develop and maintain custom One Identity Manager configurations, processes, and workflows.
Build and modify scripts, templates, policies, and rules within One Identity Manager.
Create and enhance automation using PowerShell, SQL, and One Identity scripting.
