Provide onsite support for all staff regarding computer issues, software
errors, login problems, and device malfunctions.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktops, laptops, printers,
scanners, and office hardware.
Resolve issues related to email, Google Workspace, Teams,
QuickBooks, and other business applications.
Assist remote U.S. staff with technical issues when needed.
2. Network Management
Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure including routers,
switches, UniFi access points, and firewalls.
Troubleshoot internet outages, WiFi instability, IP conflicts, and
connectivity issues.
Ensure secure and optimized network performance for all employees.
Maintain VLANs, DHCP settings, and network security policies as
directed.
3. System Administration Support
Assist with user account creation, password resets, and access
permissions.
Support maintenance of DNS, MX, SPF, and other emailrelated
configurations (under guidance from senior IT).
Maintain inventory of all IT assets, including laptops, desktops,
peripherals, and network devices.
Perform routine system updates, patches, and antivirus checks.
4. Hardware & Software Maintenance
Set up new workstations, install required software, and ensure
compliance with company standards.
Diagnose and repair hardware issues or coordinate with vendors for
replacements.
Maintain backup devices, UPS units, and ensure power protection for
critical systems.
5. Office Infrastructure Support
Support conference room equipment, webcams, microphones, and
Zoom/Teams meeting setups.
Maintain Reserve PC or any workstation reservation/monitoring
systems.
Ensure printers, scanners, and shared devices remain functional and
updated.
6. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain logs of issues, resolutions, and system changes.
Document network diagrams, device configurations, and asset lists.
Report recurring issues or risks to the IT Systems & Network
Administrator.
Skills & Qualifications Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support or networking roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware
troubleshooting.
Familiarity with UniFi network equipment (preferred).
Understanding of DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and basic security
practices.
Ability to diagnose issues quickly and communicate clearly with staff.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Google Workspace administration.
Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and remote access tools.
Experience supporting multioffice or remote teams.
Basic understanding of cloud services and backup systems.
