Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication
Knowledge of interior materials and market rates
Ability to prepare comparative statements and rate analysis
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience in procurement of interior fit-out materials (offices, hospitals, 5-star hotels, Clubhouses, Lobbies etc.)
Strong vendor network and sourcing experience
