Co-ordination with Head Office for correct material procurement

Preparing and following bar charts, schedules, SOP using MS Excel, MS Project and other software. Ensure timely completion of project

Reading detailed interiors/architectural drawings for execution

Bill preparation ( taking and certifying measurements, submitting detailed bills as per clients’ requirements)

Preparing and sending material Delivery Challans to Head Office

Email communication with client (needs good written English)
