SAP BASIS – D&T Associate Manager

Previous Work Experience

 7–10 years of SAP Basis administration experience within medium to large
enterprise environments.
 Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership, Lead, or supervisory role

 Managing the day-to-day technical administration of the SAP landscape.
 Ensuring high availability and optimal performance of all SAP environments.
 Providing technical ownership of SAP Basis services across production and
non-production systems.
 Supporting SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and transformation
projects.
 Managing SAP system lifecycle activities including installations, refreshes,
and decommissioning.
 Leading technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis of SAP platform
issues.
 Ensuring SAP systems comply with security, audit, and compliance
requirements.
 Managing SAP transport management processes across all environments.
 Collaborating with infrastructure, database, network, cybersecurity, and
application teams.

 Managing technical vendor relationships and coordinating with SAP support.
 Mentoring Basis engineers and technical specialists.
 Contributing to technology roadmaps and SAP platform strategy.
 Supporting cloud-based SAP platforms including SAP RISE and hyperscaler-
hosted environments.
 Driving automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of Basis
operations.
