Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders and employees to provide day-to-day HR support.
Drive performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
Handle employee relations, workplace concerns, and HR policy guidance.
Support onboarding, engagement, retention, and employee lifecycle activities.
Ensure alignment with global HR practices while adhering to local compliance.
Drive POSH compliance, awareness programs, and coordinate with the Internal Committee.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, town halls, and communication forums.
Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and leadership teams.
Coordinate subcontractor onboarding and offboarding processes.
Required Skills
Strong experience in HR Business Partnering and employee relations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Sound knowledge of performance management and HR policies.
Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
Basic understanding of HR analytics and people data.
Experience with HRMS tools such as Zoho, GreytHR, or ADP is an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in India without employer sponsorship.
