GCC IT Lead – ITSM/ITAM/ITOM- EPC

18+ years overall experience
Senior Enterprise IT / Group IT / IT Head / CIO-1 level experience.
Experience managing enterprise-scale IT across multiple entities/subsidiaries.
Strong ITSM/ITAM/ITOM ownership—not just technical support.
Experience with ServiceNow governance and IT service management.
Exposure to Oracle Fusion / Oracle enterprise applications.
Strong Microsoft enterprise ecosystem experience.
Proven vendor/MSP governance and commercial management.
Experience building or transforming an IT operating model.
Strong executive-level stakeholder management.
Experience in EPC / Construction / Manufacturing / Infrastructure / Energy is highly preferred.
