SAP HCM Consultant

Years of Experience: 2-3 years

Time Management. Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP Payroll is preferred. Good understanding of HR business processes.

Exposure to SAP HCM integration with other SAP/non-SAP systems. Experience preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP developers.

Good understanding of testing processes and defect management. Exposure to SAP ECC HCM; knowledge of
SAP S/4HANA HCM is an advantage.
