Years of Experience

3–10 years of experience combining software development with applied NLP
or ML
work. Experience in a localization, multilingual AI, or LLM platform context is
a strong plus.

Python and C# (.NET), with a focus on LLM integration and linguistic
processing.
 Investigate and evaluate new approaches — LLM models, prompt
strategies, quality metrics, non-LLM alternatives — and produce clear
research conclusions that translate into engineering work.
 Build and run QA test cases for platform features; maintain test
coverage and report issues with clear reproduction steps.
 Develop proof-of-concept implementations to validate new ideas (e.g.,
model integrations, orchestration patterns, caching strategies).
 Present research findings and PoC results at sprint reviews,
communicating results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 Collaborate across engineering and research to bridge investigation and
implementation: turn a research conclusion into a shipped feature.
 Investigate and resolve production issues: concurrency bugs,
performance bottlenecks, LLM integration failures.
 Work with Azure cloud services (App Service, Azure Functions,
Service Bus, CosmosDB) and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
