Purchase Engineer – Electronics Sector

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electronic components, their
specifications, and applications.Familiarity with BOM costing and ERP
systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel for cost analysis (e.g., basic formulas, data
sorting).
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze component costs and identify cost-
saving opportunities.
Negotiation Skills: Basic negotiation skills to secure favourable terms with
suppliers.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for
coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
Other: Awareness of supply chain processes and industry standards (e.g.,
ISO,IATF).
Reporting Structure: AM Procurement Manager or Supply Chain
Manager.
