Technical Project Manager

• Project Management Tools: Hands-on expertise in Jira or Monday.com for

project
tracking, reporting, and team collaboration.

• Programming Knowledge: Knowledge of at least one programming language
(e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript)
• Databases: Experience working with relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL,
MySQL)
and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB) databases.
• Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Sprint planning, backlog grooming, burndown
charts.
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Understanding of development
workflows, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Risk & Issue Management: Ability to identify, mitigate, and escalate risks
proactively.
• Cloud & CI/CD Knowledge (Preferred): Understanding of Azure DevOps,
AWS,
or Kubernetes environments.
• Reporting & Analytics: Ability to create dashboards and reports for tracking
