Junior Business Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems.

Computer Science, or a related field.
 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Experience documenting requirements and creating process flows.

 Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
 Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
project management tools.
 Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
 Experience working in Agile environments.
 Knowledge of SQL for basic data analysis.
 Exposure to healthcare domain is a plus.
