Run weekly marketing and sales ops stand-ups, surfacing gaps between planned activities and pipeline numbers
Coordinate partner channel development efforts, including email drip sequences and proactive partner engagement programs
Monitor web traffic trends and MQL-to-SQL conversion metrics; escalate
risks early to leadership
Manage the GTM project tracker (Salesforce, Monday.com or internal tooling) and keep it current no updates living in people heads
