Years of Experience 2-4 years of experience working in the construction industry and with
construction estimating software is a plus. .

 To Prepare Tender, GFC BOQ and comparative sheets for the
same.
 Timely preparation of technical data & amp; unit rate analysis.
 Preparation of BBS for high-rise buildings for RCC Structures.
 Assisting senior QS in the preparation of Purchase orders,
commercial offers and other documents.
 Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
 Updating the database for rates, specifications, vendor details
etc.,
 Reviewing AutoCAD plans and preparing bills of quantities.
 To minimize the cost of a project and enhance value for money
while still achieving the required standards and quality.
 Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts
to ensure the best deals.
 Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and
subcontractors.
 Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
 Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
 Prepare contract documents including bills of quantities.
 Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project
work
 Supporting senior members of the team in the day-to-day
management and delivery of projects.
