Program Manager –  Education Industry

Fluent in spoken Kannada; excellent written English, especially in creating
originalcontent, reports, and presentations.
Proven ability to manage large, dispersed teams in the field, with daily
performance
tracking and accountability.
Strong experience in working with government systems, schools, and
donor/stakeholder engagement.
Ability to write clearly, originally, and persuasively for different audiences:
donors, partners, and public channels.
Deep understanding of gender-sensitive programming and inclusive
implementation.
Willingness to travel regularly across Bengaluru and to Raichur and other North
Karnataka regions.
Skilled in project tools, Google Workspace, and data collection systems.
