procurement
needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
 – Make informed decisions on major procurement issues, contracts, and strategies,
considering cost effectiveness, quality, and sustainability.

Required Skills

– Bachelor's degree/Interior/Project Management.
– Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in procurement.
– Prior experience in managing service contracts, handling Annual Maintenance
Contracts (AMC’s)
for equipment and services in office spaces or large residential complexes.
– Purchase of Operational requirements – HVAC, UPS, Modular Furniture, DG, Lifts, etc.
